All treatment is carried out by a fully qualified audiologist with a Masters Degree supported by extensive clinical experience supporting thousands of patients in both NHS and private audiology settings. Every hearing assessment is carried out to best practices as guided by up-to-date BSA criteria.
Patient-centred care is at the heart of what we do. Although a hearing assessment has a conventional structure, it may be supplemented with advanced tests if deemed necessary to provide insight.

Every hearing aid dispense comes with a period of aftercare. This is vital to help ensure you get the best of the hearing aids within their lifetime. Your needs may change over time, and with this further guidance, counselling or changes to your technology may be required. The value of comprehensive aftercare must not be understated.
